What is included in the £399 launch offer?
A focused starter website with up to five core pages, responsive design, a contact or enquiry form, basic SEO, analytics setup, domain connection, one revision round, client portal access and launch support.
Is the £399 price available for every website?
No. It applies to projects that fit the Starter Website scope. Extra pages and advanced functionality are quoted separately.
How long does a website take?
Once project details are confirmed, most websites reach the first testing stage within 4–8 weeks, depending on design, functionality and content.
Is Blackbird Care required?
Blackbird Care is the ongoing support plan for Starter and Growth websites. Custom platforms receive a tailored support plan.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is normally required before work begins, with the balance linked to agreed project stages or launch.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. New pages, integrations, portal features and automation can be added as your business develops.
Who owns the finished website?
You own the completed website and approved project content once the agreed balance has been paid.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We can review the existing platform and recommend whether to improve or rebuild it.
